The Panthéon was built in 1758.It was originally built as a church dedicated to St. Genevieve. It is a gothic cathedral.during the French Revolution the Panthéon became the burial place for famous French figures.

Cathedral of Notre Dame

It was built in the Middle Ages.It was completed in 1345.It is 128 metres tall. Work started in the 13th century and finished in the 15th century. Badly damaged during the French Revolution. In 2013, Notre-Dame is celebrating its 850th anniversary.
