FABRICATION

Brazing the front, side and back plates together to form 9 identical channels

Brazing the transition jointsand sliding the cartridges into the channels

PRINTED MODULES

Only one cartridge has been printed this time, and need 8 cartridges more. Printing time: ~51 hours Material cost:~$250 3D printer cost: $25 per hour (for ucsd rate) x 51 hours=~$1275 (free for us)
