Jocelyn Ormond
Jocelyn is a partner at Simmons & Simmons working in the Corporate Group in the UK. He has extensive experience of working with clients on transactions in the healthcare and life sciences (including digital health) and TMT sectors. He advises on a wide range of corporate matters, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and corporate governance.
His experience also includes advising clients in the healthcare sector on key commercial agreements and the impact of regulatory requirements.
