What is Health?

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely absence of disease of infirmity. (WHO 1968)

What is Mental Health?

Mental health is the springboard of thinking and communication skills, learning, emotional growth, resilience and self-esteem (World Federation for Mental Health, 2004)

What is Papier-mâché?

It’s a composite material consisting of paper pieces or pulp, sometimes reinforced withtextiles, bound with an adhesive, such as glue, starch, or wallpaper paste.

Papier-mâché paste is the substance that holds the paper together.

So, we know what is health, mental health, Papier-mâché and let the

group work begins.
