NOSMAFIN AQUABLOCK PLUS
Packaging : cans (20 KG), drums (190 KG) and containers (900 KG) Temperature : storage >0°C, dosage > 5°C Dosage : Dose 30-40 ml/kg of dry fabrics in the last rinse cycle for 5-15 min
Packaging & use
Water- and stain repellent textiles are treated with fluorocarbons, chemically fixed onto the textiles
1
Use of the textile, washing, and drying at room tem-perature reduce the impregnating effect
• Good spray ratings• Good water column
values
• Bad spray ratings• Bad water column
values
Repellent action needs to be refreshed
2 With conventional impregnating agents, textiles need to be heated to a minimum of 120°C to get full performance
Energy consumption
Textile damage
3 With OSMAFIN AQUABLOCK PLUS, the fluorocarbon polymers are already active at drying temperatures of minimum 60°C
4 OSMAFIN AQUABLOCK PLUS : C6 chemistry
Self organising dendrimere with a complex crystallisation process
The FC chains will be forced to move to the surface higher order of FC chains
Free of perfluorated deter-gents (PFOS and PFOA)Benefits
Excellent water and stain repellent effect
Low drying temperature (>60°) energy savings
Added value towards demanding end-user
Low textile damage
Improved abrasion resistance
Enhanced wash proof properties
Use of Dendrimeres in combination with shorter chained C6 fluorocarbon resin gives a stronger repel-lent effect than conventional C8 chain fluorocarbon
