Online Enrollment with New PowerSchool/InfoSnap System

Enter your 15-character snapcode provided on the letter that went home in Wednesday envelopes or in

the email you received. If you do not have your child’s snapcode please contact the school.

You will need to create an account unless you have already enrolled a student this Spring.

Once you have created an account you can start filling out the enrollment information. There are 6

sections listed on the left to fill out. Clicking Next at the bottom of each page brings you to the next

section. You will be able to review everything again before submitting.

*At anytime you can save & signout by clicking the circle with your initials (not shown here) in the very

top right next to the globe labeled english.

Click the globe in the top

right that says English to

change the form to Spanish

Some of the information on the forms will already be filled out. Anything that says required next to it

you must fill out. If you do not fill it out now, you may still continue through the form and during the

review stage it will indicate that you are missing that information and must provide it before final

submission.

Anytime you enter a phone number you must follow the format shown exactly. Make sure to include the

parenthesis, the space, and the dash.

You may either upload your proof of residency by clicking the upload button and selecting a file or bring

your proof of residency to the office in person.

Continue completing Student Section of enrollment forms:

After you reach the bottom of the Student Section hit the next button to move on to the Family Section.

Once you have finished the Family Section click the next button to move on to the Sibling/Emergeny

Section. Please list all siblings.

Please fill out emergency contacts:

Non-emergency automated messages may include information about school functions, reminders to

wear certain themed clothing, etc.

Once you have finished the Sibling/Emergency Section click the Next button to move on to the Health

Section.

If you select Yes your child has a health condition, more boxes will appear for you to enter information.

If you select that your child does take medication more boxes appear for you to enter details.

Once you have finished the Health Section click Next to move on to the Permissions Section.

Enrollment is not officially confired until your child shows up to school on the first day.

Instead of checking Yes/No to each item listed on directory information you will be asked to choose

Yes/No to all items listed.

Give permission for your child to go on field trips without having to remember to sign and return a form

every time. You will still be provided information on the field trips beforehand and can elect for your

child not to go on a specific field trip if necessary.

Photo Consent

In addition to what written on screen, Dartmouth Elementary will use student photos in its own local publications and electronic publications, such as our campus newsletter and website, campus facebook and twitter accounts, etc. with parent authorization. Many of the photos will be from assemblies and events, and recognition of achievements such as principal awards, meeting goals, and the end of year graduation ceremonies. New next year, we will use photos for a Dartmouth Yearbook!

Once you have finished the Permissions Section click Next to move onto the Signature Section.

Once you have signed and dated the Signatures Section Click Next to move on to the Review & Submit

Section.

Here you will be able to scroll down through all of the information you have filled out to check that it is

correct.

Information you are missing will be highleted in red indicating it it required before you can submit. You

can not type in the information on this page, instead you must hit the edit button to go back to the page

where you type in the information.

When you are completely done and are sure all of your information is filled in and accurate you can click

the green Submit button. If your Submit button is grayed out that means you are still missing required

information. Please scroll back through the review section to find the missing information.

After you click the Submit button you will see the following info. You can print your info, enroll another

student, or log out at this point.

Thank you for enrolling your student online! Remember to bring in your proof of residency to the office

if you did not attach it.
