On October 11, 2013, 160 Pitt County Schools’ CTE Automotive students previewed Pitt Community College’s Automotive Systems Technology Department’s Cruise-In/Open House and toured the Manufacturing
Department.
On display is the Buick stock car Richard Petty drove to victory lane in NASCAR’s 1981 Daytona 500.
The cruise-in featured vintage, classic muscle cars, pro-street race cars, hot rods, and Snap-on tool displays.
The CIT Building houses PCC’s Automotive Systems and Building Construction programs.
