Different user groups need different products :

• Researchers want tools• TV people want a experience• Kids want their own look• Teachers want assignments.

Problem 3 : One portal to rule them all

We promised one portal (starting point) (www.euscreen.eu) but don’t want people to have to click 6 times to reach the page/tools they prefer.

Problem 4 : Building me a house, i might tell you what i want later.

We have been asked to start building a structure in 3 years we have to put in the foundation and the clients will tell us in 6months, 12months, 18months what rooms they want and what should be inside these rooms.

Solution 1: (2x2) : A portal that only shows me what i want

Solution 2 (not kids) : My mom doesn’t change igoogle unless she makes a mistake

We have users, tuners and builders. 90% will select templates others have made. 20% might tune them and only 10% will build their own.

Solution 3 (one portal) : Design the portal to remember me or take hints.
