• Made by 13 ministries, led by the Ministry of Culture

• Based on professional input and international examples

• Based on existing policies and already initiated means

• Defines common challenges and goals

• 70 actions and projects

• The follow-up is coordinatedby an inter-ministerial group

• Followed up and co-ordinated byan inter-ministerial group with responsible representatives from each of the 13 ministries every 6 months.

• Given status, critique and evaluation reports in statussymposiums every 2nd year(next time October 2012)
