Beforeyoustart:AllaccountscreatedonSurfLifesavingAustralia(SLSA)PortalareforindividualNippersandnotforfamilies.ThismeansyouneedtocreateseparateaccountsforeachNipper.IfyourNipperisinUnder8–Under14theywillneedtocompleteaPoolSwimProficiency.AcopyoftheProficiencyCertificateisavailableonthewebsite.YoushouldhavethiscompletedbyyourSwimSchoolandemailtomemberservices@northbondisurfclub.com,preferablypriortocompletingtheonlineregistration.IfyourNipperdoesnothaveaswimschool,theycanattendtheproficiencysessionatTivoliSwimSchool(Kambala,enterviaTivoliAve)onSaturday3Septemberbetween10.15amand12.15pm.ThisistheonlytimeavailableforswimproficienciesatTivoliSwimSchool.Oncetheproficiencyiscompleted,pleaseemailthecertificatetomemberservices@nortthbondisurfclub.com.Afewhints:

• EachNipperwillneedauniqueusernamebutyoucanmakethenamessimilar.Forexample,tryusingyourchild’snameastheirusernameeg.“firstnamelastname”.

• YouarepermittedtousethesamepasswordforallNippers.• YoucanpayyourmembershipfeesusingthePaymentGatewayofLSO.Makingindividualpayments

foreachNipperisgenerallyeasierthanmakingabulkpaymentfortheentirefamily.PleaserefertoStep2forfurtherdetails.

Step2:MakeaPaymentontheSLSAPortal

• TheSLSAPortalwillpromptyoutopayyourfeesabove.Alternatively,youcanclickonOnlinePaymentsinthemenubar.

• SelecttheEntitytoPay:NorthBondiSLSC• TransactionType:JoiningFee• MeaningfulPaymentDetails:Nipper’snameandAgeGroup• Amount:$100perNipper($50for4thandsubsequentNippers)+$50once-offBuildingLevyforall

newNippersregardlessofage.ThetotalpernewNipperis$150.Youneedtotypethisamountintotheform.

• EnsureyoucompletethePayer’sName,ContactDetails(phonenumber)andEmailforReceiptsowecancontactyouwithanyissues.

• PressSubmit

• Inputyourcreditcarddetailsandpress“Submit”toproceedtothePaymentConfirmationPage• Press“Submit”tomakepayment.• Oncethepaymentismadepleaseprintthe“PaymentReceipt”foryourrecords.

Step3:SubmitDocumentation/SwimProficiency

PleasenotethatyourregistrationwillnotbeacceptedbyNorthBondiSurfClubuntilthefollowingisreceivedbytheclub:

1. yourmembershippayment,2. yourpoolswimproficiencycertificate(ifUnder8–Under14),and3. andproofofdateofbirth(acopyofeitherbirthcertificateorpassport).
