• EOD Dive Training Panama City, FL.( 8 wks)– Diving tools, techniques, physics and medicine

• Basic EOD Training Eglin AFB (41 wks)– Demolition, TTP’s, Ground/Air/Underwater Ordnance,

Chem/Bio, Nuke, IED, WMD• Tactical/Airborne Training California (6+ wks)

– Air/boat operations, small unit tactics, tactical marksmanship, medicine, Ranger Skills

NAVY DIVER TRAINING

•Diver Preparation Course (6 Weeks)

•Physical conditioning, water proficiency, Basic Electrical and Engineering

•2nd Class Dive School (7 Months)•Dive physics/medicine, recompression chamber, salvage

operations, diving systems, mechanics and tools, cutting and welding

• E-5 or below with less than 6yrs service ASVAB (member can enter from any rating)– EOD AR+VE=110 and MC=50 or GS+MC+EI=165– ND VE+AR=104, MC=50

• Age : 30 yrs old or less• Dive Physical (Form SF88-SF89 or DD 2808/2807).

– Eyesight 20/200min, correctable to 20/20– Pressure Test

• Physical Readiness Test• No NJP w/in 12 mos/3.0 and above• Initiate SSBI• Interview • Recommendation by applicant’s CO. (1306/7)

Entry Requirements (MILPERSMAN 1220)

ISSUES

• With low ASVAB scores-enroll in basic skills first.

• When questions/problems arise-CALL US• Don’t stop any packages

• Medical Waivers are done through the MD and BUMED

• DO NOT RE-ENLIST! Extend SM for obliserve
