my sweet apocalypse: wk 18

Hi- Thanks for coming back! =D

I’m at 4th generation with 12 restrictions lifted plus the Alien Technology.

There are 2 of the 4th generation kids still at Uni- (Dorita and Datum). I’m going to condense the Uni stuff for you so I can get to the restriction lifting and baby making… we’ve got the Apocalypse to worry about. XD

University is full of -

Friend making…

Butterfly hunting …err- morning jogging. =D

Into Love falling…

Night exams taking…

Cheerleader book hogging…

Then it’s time they go home.

Compressed the Uni years right down. =]

Now that all the kids are home, the two who dropped out (Dorian and Dora) are heading off to work.

Dorian is in Law and Dora is in Archeticture.

Dorian got an easy Chance Card and was promoted early… and he get’s to go back to work.

-I think the Simonlean icon smells good to him… =]

I guess I missed the notice of Chaya coming home with the flu.

Thankfully they can cook and Chaya got some leftover Grandma’s soup from the fridge.

Ha! Dora got a Chance Card and was promoted. She doesn’t get to go back to work but that’s okay.

Dorian did get a promotion on his second trip back to work. Nice- Level 9… =D

Well, it’s time for Dorita to get married. Kinda sad since I had wanted Roberto and Dora but this is okay…

Juan has the Goopy face that I hear will take over my family…

I was hoping for a Uni job for the sisters but nothing… This was the next best thing- Politics for Datum.

Dorian almost missed the carpool... =[

Yay! Generation 5 is in the making.

I think Dora got her promotion but I was distracted by Roberto coming home with her. How sweet!

I did get a picture of Dorian getting his promotion.! Yay Congrats- he’s at the top of the Law Career.

Dorian was in a hurry to move out… Devin had just gotten home to see him off. – Dorian moves his friend into his new tower home.

He proposes and they’re married in no time. I think he’ll be happy… =D

Not so sure about Datum being happy… she looked so sad as she sits in the carpool.

“Can’t I stay home?”

No

Maybe because she missed the family jogging time. It was a favorite activity of hers in Uni.

Woot! Morning sickness is a good sign the next generation is on the way. =]

“We’re invested 20k in a new age space suit trend for the young and upward moble Sims. I’m sure we’ll make a lot of money,”

Or maybe she wants the new Servo. =]

I hear you, Juan- Promotion to level 9 =]

Aw… I really wanted her to be heir… they’re just so cute. Roberto is home with her again.

Even though she’s got the flu… dang it’s going around.

Datum is the second to lift her restriction- Politics is lifted!

With Law lifted Politics is fully lifted… We can expand the house and put things outside the 8x8 area. =D

I totally forgot it was that time- Chaya is an Elder. =

When Devin got home he Poofed into Elderhood, too!

XD… Oh, yeah- he’s just too funny now. XD

Datum stood by to watch her dad. She’s a wonderful daughter. Too bad she was leaving...

Datum moved out and into the house with her Aunt Chika. Datum never showed any interests in a family of her own so she’ll be in the singles house waiting for parties to open up. =D

“Dora and I have been working on plans for new building technics. She’s almost got it all worked out and we’ll all be able to build bigger and better than before.”

“All the studies and research results are nearly perfect.”

“What do you mean by nearly perfect? Does it mean not too bad or just adequate?”

They have a lively family discussion.

Oh yes- This is Chaya’s outfit.

LOL- I know, I know… it’s perfect for my elder Music Goddess. XD

There it is… Dora has lifted Architecture! - Woot! XD

We can build higher than 2 stories (except I have the Sardine Can handicap) and use more than only 2 of each build category per day. The expensive stuff when building is available, too.

Finally- Dorita is in Athletics but hasn’t had to work since she started in Level 9… (worked only Fri-Mon, I think)

Friday and Athletics is lifted.

It’s time to build a house.

Yay! Juan lifted Business. Now I don’t have to give away the stuff I don’t want any more.

Plus- Can hire Service Sims; use Fortune Perks; buy Pets; sell paintings; invite Headmaster; and some other little things. :D

Yes- This is where I broke a rule. I thought Oceanography and Politics locked the water tool but it’s under Natural Science, too. I’ll find this out and fix it soon…. This wasn’t on purpose so I don’t think I failed. =[

*sniff*

Their new house… 3 bed, 2 bath and a basement.

Ring-Riiiing: Baby calling and it’s ready to be born. XD

Good work Juan: He brought his hobby buddy home and it looks like he’s a medical student.

Generation 5 is a boy: Welcome to the family Edge Sweet. =D

“Sweetie, could you change little Edge. He’s crying and I’m soo tired.”

Yep- they still have to watch the weather channel on their expensive TV. XD

“Aren’t you supposed to be writing a novel?”

“But dad, I wrote one in University. Shhh, I’m trying to nap through the weather.”

Dorita was going to sleep in her kid’s room. Not that I blame her. It’s a cute room.

“Grandma’s little angel?”

“We should have 5 or 6 children before we get old.”

Poof! There wasn’t any baby chimes the first time.

It was time to use those friendships from Uni. I picked her because of her name- Rita Mae Longchamp. Awesome, right?!

Birthday time for Edge!

Rita Mae is just in time for her future husband’s toddler birthday.

Aw, lookie there, Edge is cute so far … like most toddlers.

And here is why she’s moved in so early- Show Business is available on the Computer.

It’s only level 1- didn’t get credit for Uni?- but she’s in like Flynn. =D

She has one body point and needs to get in shape.

Everyone is learning something. Dorita is learning Edge doesn’t like teddy bears.

It’s Sunday, Week 18 is over… Time to end this and let Edge learn to use the Potty.

Next week will bring another baby and another rule broken (totally from a brain fart).
