Your diet needs to include a variety of foods in order for you to have good nutrition.

Your diet includes all the food you eat each day whether the food is healthy or not (junk food).

Is the way your body uses the foods you eat!

With good nutrition your body, including your teeth, will grow and work right.

At your age, foods eaten as snacks can be an important part of your diet.

But, if you make poor choices, snacks can cause tooth problems.
