EXTRAORDINARY MEETING

The Meeting was declared open at 20.30

1. Purpose of Meeting

At our Last AGM some proposals were made concerning times of sessions and

Christmas closing times. Jan asked to discuss these items again. Jan said

someone suggested that we end our sessions on Tuesday evenings at 21.30

instead of 22.00 during the autumn and winter months. A vote was held by

members present and carried unanimously.

For Christmas opening times, it was proposed, as people usually had other

commitments, that we close this year as follows:-

Tuesday 10 December 2019 last evening and resume on

Tuesday 7 January 2020

And Thursday 12 December 2109 last afternoon and resume on

Thursday 9 January

Item Agreed unanimously by members present.

3. Date of Next Meeting (This was not decided at meting but will be as usual)

The AGM will be held in March 2020 on a Thursday afternoon
