ACT YOUR

WAGE

PROVERBS 13:7

One pretends to be rich, yet has nothing; another pretends to be poor, yet has great wealth.

GOD HAS GIVEN ALL OF YOU A BUSINESS, AND YOUR BUSINESS IS MANAGING PERSONAL FINANCES.

WRONGACT

Some people will buy so much stuff, expensive bags, clothes

and cars and be in so much debt not able to pay just to

pretend they are rich. Pretending in a lifestyle could

not afford. It is a sign of insecurity.

But we Christians , we don’t need to do it because we declare “I am secured in

Christ because I AM LOVED”

PROVERBS 12:9

Better to be lowly and have a servant than to play the great man and lack bread.

TWO GROUPSOF PEOPLE

1. THE HAVES

2. THE HAVE NOTS

and they have not paid… yet.

WHAT’S THEPROBLEM?

A generation of young people who does not want to work hard like their parents and

jump immediately to a lifestyle of rich and famous.

WHAT IS ANOTHER FOUNDATIONAL

PROBLEM?

FAMILY DYSFUNCTION

SUCH AS CODEPENDENCY

AND OVER-RESPONSIBILITY

Codependency is a condition characterized by maladaptive, compulsive behaviors learned by family members in order to survive in a family beset with

great emotional pain and stress.

Not only observed in families with substance addiction, but also in families with persistent

marital infidelity, mental illness, physical, emotional or

sexual abuse, gambling, compulsive spending, etc.

WHAT IS THE REAL COST OF OUR UNBIBLICAL

STEWARDSHIP?

Today we believe debt is normal. Debt is necessary. Few years ago, few are borrowing,

no credit cards etc but now almost everybody has loan

and has credit cards, some not one card but many cards.

That’s how fast our mindset has changed.

DANIEL 7:25

He shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the Most High, and shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand for a time, times, and half a time.

WEAR OUT – Hebrew “BELAH”

to wear away, wear outto harass constantly (figuratively)

The devil is trying to condition the mindset of people today

and change it. No more hardwork needed , no more waiting, biblical values are fading in the society today.

THE DEVIL IS PENETRATING

CHRISTIANS TODAY

More christians today are copying the styles of the world

and becoming more compromise and later bearing the fruit of Christians falling

massive into sins.

What was many yearsNOT ACCEPTEDin churches areNOW ACCEPTED.

EXAMPLESTHE DEVIL IS PENETRATING

CHRISTIANS TODAY

Homosexual and Lesbian Marriage are now forcing rights inside churches.

Divorce & Re-marriage are now being adopted by many

Christian churches.

Heavy Metal Rock Music which is a sound of satanic

rebellion for many years are now the very sound that

christians uses to dance and praise God with.

SONGS OF ZIONIN THE TUNE OF

BABYLON

MATTHEW 11:16-1716 "But to what shall I compare this

generation? It is like children sitting in the marketplaces and calling to their playmates, 17 "'We played the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not mourn.'

PSALM 137:1-3

1 By the waters of Babylon, there we sat down and wept, when we remembered Zion. 2 On the willows there we hung up our lyres. 3 For there our captors required of us songs, and our tormentors, mirth, saying, "Sing us one of the songs of Zion!"

The level of consecration and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit of

many Christians today have dropped tremendously . Because

of this , Christians today don’t know how to discern demonic

anointing and often mistaken it to heavenly anointing.

Many Christians today are shallow and has no depth and

weak spiritually and have fallen into sin because of

conforming to the pattern of this world.

ROMANS 12:2

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

1 JOHN 2:15-16

15 Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world--the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions--is not from the Father but is from the world.

You must pray to God first before buying something. You are to make decisions

based on decisions that God gave you.

PROVERBS 25:28

A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.

RIGHT ACT

We are going to learn to say “No” to the things that everyone

else thinks are necessary, but are not. We are going to be different. Not into materials things, we are going to live beneath our means. We are

going to act our wage.

FOR WORLDLY DREAM“OTHERS MAY, BUT… I MAY NOT”

by Ryan Bailey

FOR THE LORD’S DREAM“OTHERS MAY NOT, BUT I MAY”

by Alan Esporas

“Pray before you pay.”

PROVERBS 21:5

The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.

Get creative, find funds to eliminate overhead and

reduce debt.

Try building your reserve fund of three months living

expenses As soon as you pay

everything off, you build up a reserve fund of three

months’ living expenses.

MATTHEW 6:24“You cannot serve both

God and money.”

WE NEED TO ACT & LIVE WISELY SO WE CAN MANAGE

GOD’S RESOURCES ACCORDING TO HOW GOD

WANTS US TO USE IT.
