• Volume to volume replication solution• Block not file level – Not DFSR

• Volume agnostic

• Supports Sync and A-Sync replication• Latency and bandwidth requirements affect Sync capability

• Destination volume is always dismounted• Not read-write or read-only destination

• One to one• No A-B-C, A-B+A-C or one-to-many

• You can still use other replication to add legs (E.g. Hyper-V Replica for A-B, SR for A-C)

• SR is a great replication solution for Azure Site Recovery
