Sublimation: Science on Hard Surfaces

3 simple steps to sublimate:1. Choose any picture, illustration or other graphic image. Sublimation is

great for any color combination from black and white to full color.

2. Insert the special sublimation ink cartridges into your printer.

Print the image onto sublimation transfer paper designed for hard

surface products. Tape the transfer paper to your product.

3. Position your product on the heat press face up and apply

pressure for the appropriate amount of time. Remove

the transfer paper from the surface. Enjoy the wow!

Moisture-Resistant Medium Density Fiberboard (MR-MDF): Thickness of 0.75"/19 mm ChromaLuxe tabletops are available with a Semi-Gloss White finish while Unisub MR-MDF board is used raw for

Natural Wood: Thickness of 0.625"/15,8 mm or 0.5"/12,7 mmChromaLuxe natural wood panels are comprised of a low gloss ChromaLuxe coating on MDF

core with maple veneer face and back. Maple is available in various sizes of ChromaLuxe

photo panels.

Steel: Thickness of 0.023"/0,58 mmSteel sheets are available in Gloss White and have been engineered with a specially formulated coating

that allows for dry erase properties. Steel can be used for message board, dry erase boards and more

Hardboard: Thickness of 0.125"/3,18 mm or 0.25"/6,35 mm ChromaLuxe and Unisub hardboard products are available as one or two-sided and in two finishes – Gloss

White or Matte White. ChromaLuxe hardboard panels offer a more vivid image reproduction with a slightly

thicker coating, while they both provide scratch, abrasion and UV resistance. Hardboard can be used for

ChromaLuxe creative border photo panels or hinged and easel-back photo panels as well as Unisub puzzles,

clipboards, picture frames, clocks, magnets and more!

Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP): Thickness of 0.09"/2,29 mmUnisub FRP is available as one or two-sided and in a Gloss White finishes. FRP is available

for name badges, door hangers, key chains, bag tags, signage and more.

Phenolic: Thickness of 0.030"/0.76 mmPhenolic is a high pressure laminated plastic 1-sided material, and is available in a Gloss White finish. Phenolic

coated sheets are commonly used in the fabrication of table tops, but may also be used to produce other

products such as the SwitchCase composite backplates.
