presentationThis picture is the

mascot of the

vegetable

garden.

Joan, a student

from year 1!!

Congratulations!!

Step 1.

We draw the

geometric

shapes of

the mascot.

The

geometric

shapes are:

an oval, four

circles, two

squares, six

rectangles

and two

curve lines.

Step 2.

We draw

and

coloured

the mascot

with

crayons. It

is very

similar to

Joan’s

picture!!

Step 3.

We model

the mascot

using

plasticine of

different

colours!!

Now, the

mascot has

got 2D (two

dimensions).

Step 4

This picture is the structure of the mascot. We

used two balloons, cello tape and some

newspapers. The materials are very simple!!!

Step 5

Then, we

put some

newspap

ers

around

the

mascot’s

body.

And finally

we put

kitchen

paper.

Step 6

Later, we coloured the mascots using paint of

different colours:

- purple for the body

- yellow for the glasses and hands

- pink and red for the mouth

- green for the legs arms and tail
