 Director,  Global  Talent  Acquisition  -­‐  Mobiquity,  Wellesley,  MA/  Amsterdam,  Netherlands  February  2013  to  present    Mobiquity  is  a  rapidly  scaling  player  in  a  new  category:  mobile  service  providers.  Forrester  thinks  this  line  of  business  will  hit  $32  billion  by  2018.  The  company  has  scaled  from  95  employees  at  the  beginning  of  2013  to  close  to  400  as  of  spring  2014,  and  has  opened  offices  on  3  continents  in  that  time.    Created  talent  acquisition  department  -­‐  strategy,  process,  and  team  -­‐  from  scratch
