March 20, 2009Dear Football Families,

Hopefully by now you have received correspondence from Coach Kuhlmann regarding the newly created Cougar Touchdown Association (CTA). 

The Cougar Touchdown Association has been created to support the Cougar football program by organizing the many extra-curricular activities that go into making the program a success for all its participants. Our goal is to take over as many of the non-core football duties as possible to free our coaches’ time to do what they do best-coach our young men. 

A group of volunteers has been organized as the CTA Advisory Council for the purpose of coordinating all of the volunteer activities. If you would like to volunteer or if you have comments or suggestions on how we can improve the football experience for all its participants, players and fans alike, please feel free to contact one or more of the following:

There is a tremendous number of volunteer hours that go into such things as camps, memory books, Cheerleader Appreciation and Senior nights. We need volunteers for the chain gang and press box and a host of other duties. We sincerely hope you will answer the call to help us help the coaches make this season a memorable one for everyone associated with Lutheran High School Football.
