Booking one way trips

Step 1:

- Log in on teh website with your user name/email adres and password

Step 2:

- Choose “One Way“ tab

Step 3:

- Choose „Pick-Up“ location

- Choose „Pick-Up Date“ and „Time“

- Click „Continue“ to go to the next step

Step 4:

- Click on the icon on the map, to get a selection of available vehicles

- Advice “CarPool Hamburg. Choose your vehicle below the map and hit the ‚Continue‘

button.“ shows up

- Click “Continue“, to get to the next booking step

Step 5:

- To select the Drop-Off-Location, type in the location in the search box in the map and

hit the “Go“ button

Step 6:

- Click on the icon on the map to select the Drop-Off-Location

Step 7:

- Click on the Icon on the map to confirm the Drop-Off-Location

Step 8:

- Hit the button “Book now“ to book the vehicle and to return to the bokking overview

Step 9:

- Select payment method

- Select vehicle usage and if

necessary fill in the business trip

number

- Click “Confirm booking“ to book in a

binding manner
