Use this guide and map to locate these farms and farmers markets. Next to the map is a color-coded key covering 16 different categories of farm operations and crop varieties. Every listing (including some operations that are not open for farm visits) has farmer, contact information, GPS friendly addresses, and seasonality. Check out our Seasons at a Glance to learn what locally grown products are found in each season or year-round. Weather or other factors may alter crop and product availability each year, so make sure to check with the growers before your visit.

We are farmers and neighbors working together to keep local farming strong! RVGA runs projects and programs that enhance connections between people and local agriculture, increase access to fresh locally grown food for children, families and underserved populations, and preserve agricultural open space for future generations. GIVING BACK

Since 2009, RVGA, Family of Woodstock, and UlsterCorps have partnered to bring an average of 48,000 pounds a year of fresh local produce donated by local farms to over 30 Ulster County food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters. This essential program depends on the generosity of our participating farmers, and many volunteers – and support from Carve for a Cause, Community Foundations of the Hudson Valley, Local Economies Project, Rondout Valley Central School District, Ulster County Community Action, ARC of Ulster-Greene, and TD Bank Charitable Foundation.
