TURE PRESER VATION

Preservation is a balanced combination of head & heart. The head may

hold the technical knowledge but the heart tells us why we’re drawn to

preserve the past. Good preservation is also a matter of understanding

the history of people & places. A project is never simply about preserving

a structure or a site. Rather, our efforts preserve the character & spirit of

a place & the people who have inhabited it.

"Liollio was a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail is admirable. I appreciated their ability to explain the nuances of preservation to me and my staff. Also, the Old Exchange Commission appreciated their excellent communication of the project goals, which brought great clarity to the continued preservation of the Old Exchange Building."

"We’ve had the opportunity to work with the Liollio Architecture team over the last four years now. Without a doubt, they have been one of the most creative, technically competent and responsive teams that we have contracted with. Whether we need master plans, full designs with complete construction documents, schematic designs, building assessments, project phasing plans ormore, they have always gone above and beyond to meet the scope of services and the timelines of their Task Orders. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend their services to any other agency."

" Final documents have been reviewed and approved by myself and the park. I want to commend Liollio Architecture for excellent service and support for this project."
