File File menu encompasses major database file operations viz. Creating backup, Log details etc. This helps in safe operation on database and to preserve historic data for analysis in the future.

AdministratorAdministrator menu maintain users profile. Users can be added through Add user menu option with access to different areas or can be deleted from the list of users. The profile of the users can be modified at any time.

This menu option can be used to maintain the master details of items, members, vendors etc. Master details for items such as material category, accession number, call number etc. are being maintained by material master. Master details for members such as name, register number, address, no of books allowed etc. are being maintained by member master. Master details for vendors such as vendor name, address, contact number etc. are being maintained by vendor master. The latest currency value against each currency can be maintained through currency values master. List of holidays for a year can be maintained through Holiday Master.

TransactionIn Circulation enter the Registration Number which automatically displays the details corresponding to that registration number. Alternately, the member card can be scanned with the Barcode Scanner for register number and the item can be scanned for Access number. Once the Access Number is entered the status of the item is displayed.

This menu option can be used to setting and print library membership card with bar-code and to print access number, call number and bar-code in labels for material. The printed bar-code will be used for fast circulation.
