Umpire / Umpire Relationships
Discussion
You are using the three umpire system and the plate umpire, (a first year official), has missed about 20 pitches. As you are changing the plate umpire tells you he had a great game. The catcher for the winning team told him that he is the best umpire he has had all year. As the senior official what do you do?
