By the end of this lesson you will have:

•Re-capped activities in your booklet for the

Teleological argument• Considered the strengths

and weaknesses of the teleological argument

• Had Aine & Joe’s plenary on Aquinas

Activity Re-Cap

• Continue working through your booklets until the final activities have been completed.

Strengths & Weaknesses

• We need to apply the strengths and weaknesses to the scholars who argue for the teleological argument i.e Aristotle, Aquinas, Paley and Tennant

• In pairs, read through the strengths and weaknesses sheet and decide which of the above scholars has the strongest argument (i.e. You can apply more of the strengths to than weaknesses)
