Pitch yourself to the employer based on these qualities

Capitalization: inconsistent use and over-capitalization. See OWL at Purdue for capitalization rules

Wordiness. Try using the paramedic method

Sloppiness. Ignoring spelling and grammar checks. Not proofreading.
