After their experience with me they decided to have me space plan their national portfolio, coordinating with local properties and contractors. I effectively communicated their ideals and standards throughout their national offices.

• DFW Vapor is a local e-cigarettecompany with a strong online presence. The owner hired me with the pursuit of opening his first flagship store in Frisco, Texas. I designed the store to organize the product functionally and in an aesthetically pleasing way. Because we wanted to keep construction costs low we utilized creative solutions to re-use some of the original materials found in the space. The result is a sultry space that reflects the brand image.

Pecan Deluxe Candy Company

Pecan Deluxe is a company that provides key ingredients to restaurants throughout the nation such as Chik-Fil-A, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and many more. They approached me needing more office space, a modern kitchen that clients could appreciate, and a tasting room they could sample the latest concoctions with executive clients. Pecan Deluxe reports their clients are most happy with the changes and they truly enjoy their visits to the new space.

Elsman Cafe

Elsman Café is the idea that a local contractor had for a vacant space in a federal building in Dallas, Texas. The client envisioned a place that the employees could rest and buy refreshments throughout the day without leaving the confines of a secure building campus. I provided drawings, specifications, and flooring materials for the job while the client acted as General Contractor. The result is a functional, modern space meeting the client’s strict budget.
