Johnson Precision Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (JSPE), established in October 2001, with a total investment up to US$10 million from Singapore investor, specializes in precision parts manufacturing (Die-Casting, CNC Machining , Sheet Metal Forming, Stamping and Surface Treatment), mechanical sub-assembly and manufacturing service.

JSPE has a fully-owned dedicated CNC & Die-Casting plant located in Suzhou (CNC Plant: 26,500m2 Die Casting plant: 60,000m2). The plant has 35 units Die-Casting Machines (32 units AL / 3 units Zn) with a complete range of vacuum die-casting presses ranging from 130T to 2,500T capable of processing aluminum and zinc alloy and 4 units of Injection Molding Machine. With its 200 CNC Machining Center and 60 CNC Turning Lathes and fully equipped with different type of inspection and testing equipment and instruments.

It has a dedicated work force currently at 600 employees with majority of the key technical person like engineers, technicians specializing in CNC precision machining programming, R&D and tooling design, having graduated locally from local Technical Vocational Institution and Engineering University. Work with ERP System and various type of software. Currently we manufacture CNC & Die-casted, Forming and Stamping parts for various industries: Telecom, Automotive, Medical, Aviation, Military and Industrial sector.

DFM: Design For Manufacturability.

At the early stage of the product development, we can do the analysis of DFM using various type of software including Mold Flow Simulation, SolidWorks, Mastercam and Auto-CAD with the R&D team of our customer. At the same time, design the tooling and fixture.

All edges along the slide needs to have a

radius of R10 with draft angle of at least 5

degrees.

Area blue indicated need to be

flush with the area in green.

Porosity is expected

after machining operation.
