Classed as an 'Experimental Prototype', with all consequences in terms of availability!

This project is not about releasing any programmes (think IMDB not Mininova!)

The DB is not a complete record of all BBC's programmes (though it is pretty awesome).

Launch date will be early next year, as an experimental prototype
