    Abstract: Taiwanese food culture springs from a long, universally known. Although the

    major cities in the international arena today can eat Chinese food, but they still agreed that

    only connoisseurs in Taiwan can enjoy a variety of authentic Chinese cuisine. For Taiwanese,

    eating is an art, but also a cultural performance, in particular the special historical background

    of Taiwan, making a more diverse food culture, not only Chinese cuisine around in this

    flourish, even stationed abroad have Chinatown, and now almost all parts of Taiwan you can

    eat staple food everywhere, advertised, partly because Taiwan was too small, the technology
