• Online tool a necessary evil – a demanding and unyielding taskmistress that needed feeding – but also helped give structure to ideas and projects

• Could definitely be more responsive and user friendly (and shorter!)

confidence that things will change/happen as a result of their own effort and interest – not someone else’s job
