Events  •  02.2014  –  Power  up  your  team.  Talks  and  workshops  bringing  the  idea  of  talents  synergy  and  teamwork.  

•  04.2014  –  Open  your  mind  do  AsEa.  AcceleraEng  event  that  brought  the  aGenEon  of  local  environments  on  women  in  technology.

We  created  the  brand  of  Inspired  by  AsEa  and  conducted  a  promoEonal  campaign  in  tradiEonal  and  social  media.  We  introduced  AsEa  idea  and  values  to  people  in  Poland  and  invited  them  to  cocreate  a  movement  like  AsEa  in  Poland.

The  iniEaEve  gained  aGenEon  from  local  business  community  and  officials.  InternaEonal  corporaEons  and  associaEons  took  part  in  creaEng  an  environment  to  implement  the  ideas  in  CEE,  starEng  in  Kraków.

Conference  with  part  of  Open  Space  Technology  happening  on  12th  April  gathered  representants  of  start-­‐up  community,  business  mentors  and  investors.  The  aGendees  discussed  ways  of  growth  of  entrepreneurship  in  Poland  and  how  to  support  iniEaEves  led  or  cocreated  by  women.    The  event  took  place  in  business  accelerator  and  incubator  -­‐  hub:raum  Kraków.  

Result  of  iniEaEve?  •  Empowered  women  contacEng  us  to  offer  support,  appreciacion,  feedback.  

•  New  iniEaEves  arising  from  the  acceleraEng  event.    

•  More  eyes  and  ears  observing  with  interest  what  else  we  can  do  to  help  women  thrive.
