Think Safety!ENOTE C Flue Gas Analyzers simply outperform other systems with its unique InSitu design features measuring Oxygen and Total Combustibles (COe) in real time - inside the flue duct.Both sensors are located directly under the probe filter head inside the flue gas stream. There is no need for sampling, gas extraction, cooling, or filtering the gas stream. Filter blocking is not an issue, even in high dust applications. The system constantly measures inside the process displaying percent Oxygen and ppm combustible values for optimum combustion plant safety operation.
Unique Feature - Dynamic Dual Sensor Graphic Calibration The COMTEC system offers a simple automatic calibration feature for both sensors. They are calibrated at the same time using one bottle of certified test gas (typically 2.1% Oxygen and 1000 ppm CO). The system "zero" calibration gas is instrument air, with both gases conveniently supplied from the electronic unit, without any need to go to the duct mounted probe.
