Task:
On this day both Adelaide and Melbourne were experiencing mid 40 degree temperatures and Melbourne was fighting bushfires. Sydney’s temperature was 28 degrees.
Account for the difference in temperatures between Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney. Why would this be the case when Sydney is at a lower latitude and closer to the equator????
Explain why Melbourne had horrific fire fighting conditions on this day.
