GL Die

The radius profile of the Trumpf® GL die hasbeen changed to allow up to 2.5mm of grindlife with the GL die shoe, while still havingradius left to allow the sheet to flow over thetop of the die.

GL Die Shoe

The Wilson GL die shoe key allows for the dieto be shimmed up to 2.5mm while stillmaintaining key engagement. The GL size 2die shoe key contains a spring loaded ballplunger to better secure the dies, and istreated with Wilson Tool’s black Nitrex™surface enhancement for easy identificationand reduced wear. The key is availableseparately and is compatible with standardTrumpf®-style dies and die shoes.
