CRICKTERImran Khan was born in Lahore into
a family of Pashtun origin, the only
son of Ikramullah Khan Niazi, a civil
engineer, and his wife Shaukat
Khanum.
Long settled in Mianwali in
northwestern Punjab, the family are
of Pashtun ethnicity and belong to
the NiaziShermankhel tribe. Niazi is
a branch of Lohani pashtuns.
QULIFICATION OF IMRAN KHAN
• Imran khan was educated from the Cathedral School Lahore, the Royal Grammar School Worcester in England, where he excelled at cricket, and at Aitchison College Lahore. In 1972, he enrolled to Study Philosophy , Politics and economics at Keble College , Oxford, where he graduated with a second-class degree in Politics and third in Economics.
Sports Career
• Imran Khan started his career as a cricketer from 1971-1992 at the age of 18.
• He made a test debut at age 18 against England and India.
• He developed in to one of the world’s leading all-rounder’s.
• Between 1985-1992. He led Pakistan to its first series win against England and India.
• His career came to an end as a captain when he led Pakistan to victory in the 1992 world cup.
Shaukat Khanum Hospital
• Since opening in 1994 the shaukat khanummemorial cancer hospital and research centre has come to be recognised as one of the most credible and resilient charities in Pakistan the institution has spent over rs.12 billion in supporting the treatment of thousands of indigent cancer patients and currently 75% of all cancer patients see at the hospital are receiving financial support.

Why he Joined Politics
• He joined politics to serve his nation after successfuly serving the nation by building Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital & NAMAL University. He jumped into politics
Political Career
• In April 1996, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ("Movement for Justice") political party was established and Khan became its chairman. He represented Mianwali as a member of the National Assembly from November 2002 to October 2007, he was again elected on 11 May 2013, while his party gained 35 seats in the National Assembly
The Running Government• We can judge PMLN performance after 3 years but if
we look at the current position of PMLN we can say the are not focusing on the problems of the nation.
• Building bridegs making roads starting metro bus or other luxeries are also easantial but at the time PMLN should be focusing on making better hospitals creating educational institues and give job opertunities to the new gratuaing students
