Talk on “Gas Warefare on the Western Front WWII” deliveredby our distinguished member :Emeritus Professor Don Napper PhD Camb., MSc, FAA, FRACI, CChem (2003)

Professor Don is also our Club Treasurer.

Dr Camelia Quek, post doctoral researcher at the Melanoma Institute spoke about “Immunotherapy”

Notwithstanding a very difficult year, we raised $25,000 for important

causes!!

Books in Homes at Stuart Town, NSW

Sumba, Indonesia, Malaria/TB/Hygiene

Some of the organisations we raised money for:

Molong, Cabonne Shire, NSW drought relief appeal

Check out that social distancing!

Club support plus District Grant for Music Festival & teacher education in East Indonesia

We promoted a live-stream event to support our fundraising

For various children in need.

In 2020 the event was held “Virtually” and attendees dialed into a live website performance

Hundreds of children, parents and carersattended our successful live show in 2019

We got out and helped our community…

Recognising local businesses with the Pride of Workmanship award

Tidying the Play Group at Forsyth Park Community Centre, Neutral Bay

Helped Lift the Lid on Mental Health

And

Presently, along with other neighbouring clubs, setting up the “D’Caf Dementia Café” in Crows Nest

We even maintained some group activities

despite COVID!
