Pertino Gateway – Description

Pertino Gateway – Step by Step
Click on “Gateways” if not already selected
Click the green "Create Gateway" button on the "Add a Gateway" screen
Enter a name for your Gateway in the "Name your Gateway" field
Select a Linux client you want to operate in Gateway mode

Creating your Pertino Gateway
Select "Create Gateway”
Your new Gateway will be displayed

Adding individual devices to the Pertino Gateway
Click the "plus" (+) sign next to your Gateway (you can add individual devices or import a list of devices in CSV format)
• Three input fields display:> Hostname> Assign a custom name > IP Address.
• Enter the hostname of the device you want to associate to the Gateway
• Enter the "Assign a custom name”> This is a field for a custom description
• Enter the IP address of the device you want to associate with the Gateway
You may enter additional devices by clicking the "plus" sign multiple times.
• Click “Save and Add Resources” and the resource will be displayed in the panel immediately below

Adding multiple devices to the Pertino Gateway
You can add multiple devices in CSV format by clicking the "Upload" icon
A file browser will display requesting the CSV-formatted file to upload Click “Save and Add Resources” and the resource will be displayed in the panel immediately below.

Confirming Devices
You can confirm devices have been added to the Gateway by navigating to DeviceView and selecting the device you have associated to the Gateway
By clicking on "More Details", notice that the device you have selected has been given a Pertino IP address
