Go to Dropbox.com

Dropbox homepage

Let’s sign up!

Enter your name

Type in your Email

Enter your password

Click the box

Click Sign up for free

You can also sign up with Google

Click Download Dropbox

You’ll see Dropbox installer here

Click the arrow

Click Open

It’s starting to install

Downloading Dropbox

Dropbox successfully installed

Now let’s open the Dropbox folder

Click Open my Dropbox

Click Get Started

Click Next

Click Next

Click on Next

Click Finish

You’ll see Dropbox folder on your desktop

Dropbox icon will also appear on your screen

Let’s upload a file

Click the Dropbox icon

Click Open Dropbox.com

You’ll be directed to Dropbox website

Let’s verify the account first

Click Verify my email

You will receive a message on your Email

Click Verify your email

Click Done

To start uploading files

Click the upload button

Click Choose files

Select the file to upload

Or several files you want to upload

Click Open

Files are uploading

Notification appears on your screen

Click here to add more files

You’ll see a checkmark once file is uploaded

Click Done

Files successfully uploaded

To share a file

Select the file you want to share

Click Share

Enter Email here

Add a message

Click the box if you want feedback from file

Click Share

File is shared

To add a new folder

Click New folder button

Type the name of your folder

To move a file into a folder

Click and drag the file to the folder

Click the folder to open

You’ll see the files here

To rename a file

Click the file

Click Rename

Type new name of your file

Rename complete
