FOUNDATIONS TRUTH 1CONVERSATION GUIDE

1 OVERVIEWGet this conversation started with a preview of the main points. Watch the video.

If you want to pursue the God of the Bible, here’s the first truth you’ll need to understand: WE START BY TRUSTING JESUS. Consider this:

Our problem is sin.● Sin is choosing our own path instead of God’s.● The Bible says this leads to death. (Romans 6:23)

Our solution is Jesus.● God loved us enough to do something about it. (John 3:16)● God rescued us through Jesus. (Galatians 1:4)

Our response is faith.● We can’t just try to be “better” people. (Romans 3:22)● Salvation is a pure gift from God. (Ephesians 2:8-9)● When we respond in faith, we’re saved in a moment.
