Step 1.

You need to select the meat you are going to use, in this case we need 2lbs of pork meat.

Step 2.-

You are goig to need some vegetables and species like :

Garlic.

Tomillo.

Clavo.

Vinagre.

Canela.

Sal.

Paprika.

Step 3.-

We are goig to put all the ingredientsin the blender. And make a soft and orange mix.

Step 4.-

Mix the pork meat with the orangesoft pasta and let them in the fridgefor two hours.

Step 5.-

Take out the pork meat of the fridgeand release over the table.

then put it on the stick one piece o f pork meat and a slide of pineapple.

Step 5.

We are going to need a grill with alotof charcoil, this work take a time so westart the fire one hour before start tomake the pork meat.

Step 6.-

Take a cold beer and relax and talkwith your friends.

Step 7.-

Put all the pork meat over the grill and wait.

Step 8.-

When the pork meat take a god color take away from the grill and leave onthe table to make a very nice taco al pastor grilled.
