HOUSING STAKEHOLDERS.
To achieve a successful planning and execution of large scale development projects, consideration should be given to the establishment of a specific Housing Working Group. The group would have responsibility for defining and agreeing key housing related issues such as the quantum of housing, density, quality and mix (including defining affordable housing provision).
Project stakeholders are individuals and organizations that are actively involved in the project, or whose interests may be affected as a result of project execution or project completion.
PROJECT MANAGER- the head of the project; defines,
plans, controls, and leads the projecT.
PROJECT TEAM MEMBERS -
contribute their skills and effort
to perform tasks
SPONSOR- the responsible for the project; provides authority, guidance, and
maintains project priority
