Does my child have to enter an email address?

While an email address field is present when the students register, entering an email address is completely optional. The ILC does not share email addresses with any other organization.  

How does my child remain anonymous?

Student names appear only as STUDENT to anyone else who is in the Tutor Chat Room.

FASHION started using Homework Help in the spring, although they were registered in October. He/she only uses the resource to deal with concepts they struggle with. FASHION credits Homework Help with an increase in their marks from 60% to 90%. They appreciate that not only is Homework Help a free resource, it is also very effective.

Who is using Homework Help?

All registered users from last year can login with the same username and password.

Grade 7 students, and any 8-10 students from other boards not previously registered for Homework Help, should follow the steps on the Registration Instructions handout. They will be assisted with this task by their teacher.
