Conclusions

In Seattle Spin2003, there were many preliminary and final results from the recent activities outside of BNL

Numbers of activities from Jlab were especially impressive, in terms of the size, people, and thoroughness of the experiments

Discussions for the theory talks were also hot (hotter) and I hope someone covers the theory side in this spin discussion
