Healthy foods are good for your body and they help you grow and become strong.  

Healthy foods contain protein, vitamins or minerals.

The food groups:

1.- meat, fish and eggs

2.- milk and dairy products

3.- fruit and vegetables

Unhealthy foods are bad for your body and they might give you a tummy ache or harm your teeth if you eat too much.

Unhealthy Food contains additives, colourings, sugar, salt and fat. 

 

Healthy food: tomatoes, fish, milk, meat, onion, lettuce, apple, bananas.

Junk food: soda, pizza, hot dog, candies, cake. 

You need to do exercise to stay healthy.

You need to sleep 10 to 8 hours every night.

Healthy habits:

brush your teeth after every meal.

wash your hands before every meal.

take a shower every day.

Taking care of our body: visit the doctor and the dentist.
