Shoreside Group Rep (SGR) — Each Travel Partner is

assigned an SGR to assist them throughout the life of the

group. These assigned SGRs monitor the groups and reach

out at specified intervals to ensure all needs are met. Need

help creating a group or servicing an existing one? Call the

Groups Department at (800) 327-2055 and an experienced

SGR will answer ready to help with whatever you need!

Shipboard Event Coordinator (SEC) — Need help planning

an event onboard? Our SEC team can help! Each ship has an

assigned SEC who works with the ship and any shoreside

departments to ensure the plans go off without a hitch!

SECs help book cocktail parties, meeting space, religious

services and much more! Contact them today to see how

you can enhance your groups experience onboard!

Onboard Group Coordinator (OBGC) — Need help with your

group once onboard? Our faithful OBGCs are here to help!

Each ship provides a dedicated staff member to assist

with any and all group needs once they are onboard. Your

Group Leaders will receive a welcome letter once onboard

with the details.
