Baptism Preparation Class The Baptism preparation class is for
parents who are having their first child
Baptized. The next class will be offered
on Tuesday, June 20th at 7:00pm in the
Deanery Resource Center at St. Louis.

Natural Family Planning A Natural Family Planning Class will be
held on Sunday, July 2nd, from 9:00am
to 12:15pm in the Deanery Resource
Center at St. Louis. There is a $40.00

Fr. Stan’s Book Club The next book for the
Book Club is, “Out of
The Silent Planet,” by
C.S. Lewis. This is the
first book in the Space Trilogy. Books
are available in the parish office. The
suggested donation is $7 per book.
The discussions for this book will be held
Tuesday, August 29th at 6:30pm and
Thursday, August 31st at 9:30am.

Fortnight for Freedom The U.S. Bishops are calling for a Fortnight for Freedom from
June 21—July 4. This is a time of prayer and action to address
many current challenges to religious liberty. This year’s theme
is Freedom for Mission. For more information visit

St. Louis Bereavement Committee - Help Needed We are in need of 1 or 2 volunteers to step up and help us on this committee. This
involves serving food at about 10 funerals per year. Please consider being a co-
chair for this very rewarding service to our parish. If you would like to help or for

Education of Future Priests Collection - June 17 & 18 The funds from this collection go to the Vocations Office to cover the expenses of
educating our future priests. The archdiocese anticipates having more than 20
seminarians in formation this Fall. Thank you for your spiritual and financial
support which provides necessary education and formation for our priests. Please
continue to pray for vocations!
If you know a young man or woman you believe would serve well in priesthood or

St. Louis Athletic Board Fundraiser - Bill Giltz Memorial Golf Outing The 15th Annual Bill Giltz Memorial Golf Tournament will take
place at North Branch Golf Course in New Point on Monday, July
31st. Registration and lunch at 11:00am, shotgun start at
12:00pm. The event is open to everyone and will be played as a
4-person handicap scramble. The entry fee is $90 per player
which includes greens fee, cart fee, lunch, dinner, beverages and
raffle. The proceeds go directly to the Bill Giltz Memorial Fund
which helps support the St. Louis Athletic Program. Entries must be received by

34th Annual Golden Wedding Jubilee The Office of Pro-Life and Family Life invites all married couples of the Archdiocese
of Indianapolis who will celebrate 50 years of marriage in 2017 to the 34th Annual
Golden Wedding Jubilee. This celebration will take place on August 27th at
2:00pm, at Ss. Peter and Paul Cathedral. Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Msgr.
William F. Stumpf, and will be followed by a reception across the street at the
Catholic Center. The event is free, but registration is required. For more

Support from a personal mentor.
