Graduation 2012

Award Nomination FormEach year the Edwards School of Business recognizes a number of its distinguished graduates. We strongly encourage all graduatesto participate through nominating fellow classmates and throughvoting for the winners. The winners of the awards will berecognized at the graduation banquet on Saturday March 24,2012.

•  You can only nominate one individual per award

•  You may nominate one individual for more than one award• All graduating students (April or December 2012) are eligible

for awards•  You cannot nominate yourself for an award

Deadlines & Submission Information•  The deadline to submit nomination forms is from February 6th

to February 16th.o Please submit completed form to Julia Rooks( j.rooks@usask.ca) or the EBSS office (ESB 247) no laterthan 4p.m.

• After submission of nomination forms, only eligible graduateswill be contacted to submit a write up on why they should winthis award. This is due by February 29, 2012 no later than4p.m. Please send to Julia Rooks (j.rooks@usask.ca)

• Voting will than take place online from March 5th to March 9th

1.Barber Award: For a student who has made a high overallcontribution to college life with an emphasis on social activitiesrather than straight academic performance. **The EBSSPresident is not eligible for this award**
