Layout and Basic Design

HAVE YOU SEEN ME?

• Bullets followed by full sentences are boring.

Even if you use fancy bullets.

• Your audience is not reading everything on the slide because there is too

much information and it all looks the same. And the font is too small

and you’re making everyone squint.

• I like cookies!

• Especially when your presenter is just reading word-for-word off the

slides. May as well just give them a printed document and let them read

it on their own time.

• How many presentations have you endured just like this?

• Probably a lot.
